Everyone can"t escape from such a question when they are teenagers– what kind of career you want to go into. When we were young, the answers were always policeman, teacher or scientist. But now, if you ask teenagers today, many of them will make do web celebrity as the answer.
每个人在青少年的时候，都无法逃避这样一个问题——你未来想做什么？在我们小时候，答案总是警察、老师或科学家。但是现在，如果你问现在的青少年，他们中的许多人会把做网络名人作为答案。

Students, especially minors, are a huge group of online live viewers. On the basis of “The 40th statistical report on the development of Internet in China”, as of June2018, China’s network broadcast users reached 425 million, with a user utilization rate of 53.0%. Among primary school students, middle school students and high school students, 6.4%, 18.3%, 20.5% of netizens regularly watch live broadcast.
学生，尤其是未成年人，是观看直播用户中的主力军。根据第四十次《中国互联网络发展状况统计调查》显示，截止2018年6月，网络直播用户达到4.25亿，用户使用率达到53.0％，其中小学生，初中生，高中生分别占比6.4％，18.3％，20.5％。

In recent years, “Management Methods of Network Performance Business Activities” and other documents have restricted minors to enter the network platform. Due to the less force and large limitation, some of documents can’t have profound effects on banning live broadcast of minors.
在两会期间，全国青联提出了建议——其中包括禁止未成年人担任网络主播、完善未成年人登记制度、推动成立网络广播行业协会、引导企业加强行业自律等要求。
During the two sessions, the All-China Youth Federation pointed out three proposals that making clear prohibitions about minors serve as network anchors, improving the minor registration system and promoting the establishment of network broadcast industry association such as guiding enterprises to strengthen industry self-discipline.
近年来，《网络表演经营活动管理方法》和其它相关文件中谈到禁止未成年人进入网络平台，由于其缺乏强制力与执行具有较大的限制，这些文件并不能对未成年直播的禁止产生深远的影响。

Live video streaming, to some extent, does have a negative impact on juveniles. the All-China Youth Federation’ proposals are a sign that more and more people are paying attention to Internet environment for they put the underage live broadcast on the table for the first time.
在某种程度上，网络直播确实对青少年有负面影响。全国青年联合会的提案第一次把未成年人网络直播搬上台面，这将意味着越来越多的人开始关注网络直播环境。
With the popularity of live broadcasting, more and more people begin to work as broadcasters. To cater to the audience, the content of network broadcast is diverse. Some content are positive and some are vulgar which will form psychological barriers and make bad behavior in children. Experts say “The characteristics of one-to-many openness and interactivity of network broadcast easily lead to the influence of network vulgarity and bad culture on minors, thus forming psychological barriers or making bad behaviors.”
随着直播的普及，越来越多的人开始从事网络直播。为了迎合观众，网络直播的内容是多样化的。有些内容是积极的，但也有些内容是低俗的。专家表示，“网络直播有一对多开放性和互动性的特点，容易导致网络中的低俗内容和不良文化对未成年人造成不良影响，从而形成心理障碍或做出不良行为。”
Professor Wu Lijuan, from the Department of Sociology of Peking University, believes that through live broadcasting, everyone can play a leading role. Some children like it and their parents agree with it. Their mentality is understandable. “Live broadcasting" can satisfy children"s desire of display and sense of achievement to some extent. But after the live broadcasting, how to receive and digest the response of different audience is another problem. Wu Lijuan added that for children under a certain age, live broadcasting needs parents" consent or supervision to help children to check and control. But many teenagers fail to balance study and Internet, which finally waste their youth or even going astray.
北京大学社会学系吴丽娟教授认为，通过现场直播，每个人都可以发挥主导作用。有些孩子喜欢，他们的父母也同意。他们的心态是可以理解的。 “直播”在一定程度上可以满足儿童的展示欲望和成就感。但在直播结束后，如何接收和消化不同受众的反应是另一个问题。吴丽娟补充说，对于一定年龄以下的儿童，直播需要家长的同意或监督，以帮助儿童进行检查和控制。但事实是，许多青少年无法平衡学习和网络，最终浪费了他们的青春甚至误入歧途。
Current network is full of cyber-violence and the order is extremely chaotic. The root cause of the adverse effects of the live broadcast of minors is not the minors themselves, but the poor management of some network broadcast platforms and the bad demonstration of adults. The inaction of network broadcast platforms leads to the false imitation of minors and leads minors mistake vulgarity for health.
当前的网络充斥着网络暴力，秩序极其混乱。造成未成年人直播不良影响的根本原因不是未成年人本身，而是一些网络直播平台管理不当以及一些成人的错误示范。网络直播平台的不作为，导致了未成年人跟风模仿，将低俗误认为高雅。
