岛 屿 季
以水林为基底，构建理想中的岛屿度假社区
To build an ideal island resort community based on water forest

提取“水、岛、林”等主题元素融入到景观设计当中。森林的种子在江里蔓延，生长出水面的是一座座岛，它们是交织在水岸林间的蓝诗。
Extract "water, island, forest" and other theme elements into the landscape design. The seeds of the forest spread in the river, growing out of the water are islands, they are intertwined in the water between the forest blue poem.

七大场景演绎，打造在江岸边的温情度假生活
Seven scenes are performed to create a warm holiday life on the river bank
第一幕：波幕/人浮梦
穿过波光折射出的帘幕，就像漂浮在梦境里
Through a curtain of refracted light, like floating in a dream.
岛屿的边界是水，水与光相遇形成波光，在这种自然环境下人们常常容易产生虚幻的不真实感。主入口是项目城市界面与项目的交界地带，建筑盒子像是水面折射的波光形成的幕帘，同时场地内外高差较大，整个基地就像浮于城市之上。
The boundary of the island is water, water and light meet to form wave light, in this natural environment, people are often easy to produce unreal sense of unreality. The main entrance is the interface between the urban interface of the project and the project. The building box is like a curtain formed by the wave light reflected by the water surface.

第二幕：薄雾/夹岸町
在薄雾中，水岸仿佛被花草遮掩，若隐若现
In the mist, the waterfront seems to be covered by flowers and plants, half-hidden.
岛屿的岸边通常是虚虚实实的，水汽和蒸腾作用经常会让岛屿蒙上雾气。从建筑盒子出来景观将场地“收”了一下，用两侧植物夹住主景区，婆娑的树影，在空中随风飞舞。风和水的联动，使空间变得灵动、轻盈。
The shore of an island is usually solid, and water vapor and transpiration often fog the island. Coming out of the architectural box, the landscape "closed" the site, clamped the main scenic spot with plants on both sides, and the whirling shadows of the trees danced in the air. The linkage of wind and water makes the space flexible and light.

第三幕：礁影/叠喧瀑
岛礁旁，叠瀑的叫嚣此起彼伏
beside the reef, overlapping waterfall clamor one after another.
道路外侧花池质感有岛礁的颜色和粗粝感，叠瀑模拟水拍打礁石的声音。通过道路的曲折，设计的加减，让空间的主次关系、感官的联系与差异更灵活自然。侘寂灰石材与泳池的完美搭配，使得整个空间具有非常强的亲和力，石材的自然跳色，让泳池与蓝天，植物，水融为一体，浑然天成。
The flower pool on the outside of the road has the color and rough feeling of a reef, and the cascading waterfall simulates the sound of water beating against rocks. Through the twists and turns of the road, the addition and subtraction of the design, make the primary and secondary relationship of the space, the connection and difference of the senses more flexible and natur.

第四幕：幻岛/逐飞浪
岛屿之上，追逐浪花一朵朵
on the island, chasing waves.
中心会客区就像一个中心岛屿，顶棚泻下水帘像激起的飞浪，水涌入岛里形成浪花。深色的整体色调与泳池形成鲜明对比，干净的立面手法、辅以精致的细节把控，使空间体验感更加立体，为住户提供了理想的邻里互动和感知自然的场所。
The central reception area is like a central island, with a curtain of water flowing down from the ceiling like a flying wave, and water pouring into the island to form waves. The dark color of the overall color contrasts with the swimming pool. The clean facade technique, supplemented by delicate detail control, makes the space experience more three-dimensional, providing an ideal place for residents to interact with the neighborhood and perceive nature.

第五幕：奇沼/嬉流屿
水沼里的一处栖息地，尽情在这里嬉戏
A habitat in a marsh where one can play.
岛屿内形成的沼泽，增加了场地的互动参与性，让人无论从哪个位置，起身便可触摸到池水，制造一种亲水的氛围。
The marsh formed within the island increases the interaction and participation of the site, allowing people to touch the pool water from wherever they are, creating a hydrophilic atmosphere.

第六幕：秘帐/露滩涂
回家路上，在滩涂边露营
Camp on the beach on the way home.
人们经常会在岛的滩涂边露营，或独享静谧，或清谈小憩，花香四溢。满足户外环境休闲交流的外摆，给忙碌的人们提供一处放慢脚步与亲朋好友共享美好生活的港湾，营造出一种真实的生活气息。生活也是一种情感，哪里有生活，哪里就有爱。
People often camp in the beach edge of the island, or enjoy quiet, or talk about a nap, fragrance of flowers overflowing. Meet the outdoor environment leisure communication of the outer pendulum, to provide a busy people to slow down and share a good life harbor with friends and relatives, create a real life atmosphere.

第七幕：伴芳/憩煦斜
伴着芳香，夕阳斜下，回家的时间到了
with fragrance, the setting sun inclined, it is time to go home.
归家路途风雨无阻，归家步道伴随着阵阵芳香，特选桂花在精致带有标识的树池中仪式感十足。清早出发，开门见景，带着对世界的热爱和憧憬；傍晚归来，绿叶嫩蕊拂身而过，那一段空间，扔下的是在外的浮躁。
The way home comes rain or shine, the walking path is accompanied by fragrance, and the selected osmanthus flowers are full of ritual feeling in the delicate tree pool with the logo. Early in the morning, open the door to see the scene, with love and longing for the world; Coming back in the evening, the green leaves and buds flick over, that section of space, threw down the impetuous outside.

项目总结
纯粹、干净的立面手法、辅以精致的细节把控，呈现儒雅又不失风骨的气质。简单的铺装线条在视觉上给人一种序列感和纵深感，潜意识中加强来者空间引导。
金地晴樾府延续了现代健康社区风格，对标国际度假豪宅，树立南京新标杆社区形象。同时我们希望重新定义健康社区，以生活为载体，营造温暖都市度假氛围，让闲适重回生活。
The pure and clean facade technique, supplemented by delicate details, presents a refined and elegant temperament without loss of character. The simple pavement lines visually give people a sense of sequence and depth, subconsciously strengthening the space guidance.
With the continuation of the modern healthy community style, Jindi Qingyue Mansion sets the standard of international resort mansions and sets up a new benchmark community image in Nanjing. At the same time, we hope to redefine the healthy community, take life as the carrier, create a warm urban vacation atmosphere, and let leisure return to life.
